developed an Architectural Division by combining
with an established South Texas firm of 10 years.
NEI seeks a highly motivated professional to join
their Architectural staff for full-time employment.
NEI performs all types of projects, including but
not limited to: Assembly; Business; Governmental;
Educational; High Rise; Multifamily Residential
and Recreational.
Must possess the following for consideration:
• BS, BA or MA in Architecture from an accredited
Architectural Program
• Architect’s License – preferably in Texas
• Minimum 5 years experience as Project Architect
• Proficient in Autocad- preferably Autocad Architecture
(ADT) 2008
• Proficient in a rendering program such as Autodesk’s
3D Studio Max 2008
• Capable in preparation and oversight of work by
self and others for complete design and construction
process
• Proficiency in working with Owners, Consultants
and a multi-disciplined staff
Desired Accreditations and skills
• LEED accreditation and experience
• Revit capability a plus
• Good written and verbal skills
• Self-motivated
